The Town of Ignacio holds Municipal Court at the Abel F. Atencio Municipal Room, 570 Goddard Avenue, Ignacio, CO. There is a remote option for attendance; please click HERE to join remotely.
The Municipal Court of the Town of Ignacio has adopted a standing order regarding in custody defendants with a municipal hold as the sole basis for custody. To view the entire order, please click HERE.
In 2024, Court will be held on the third Thursday of every odd month at 2:30 PM. If you are required to attend Ignacio Municipal Court, the date you are required to appear will be on the citation you are issued.
