Meeting Information

Regular Housing Authority Meetings are held immediately following the Town Board Meeting each month.  All the Housing Authority Meetings are held in the Abel F. Atencio Municipal Complex at 570 Goddard Avenue.  The agenda shows how you can attend remotely, if you do not wish to attend in person.

Staff reports will be presented at these meetings.

We encourage public participation in all our Housing Authority Meetings. From time to time there will be a need for a closed session for negotiations or similar. These will be noticed on the agendas per Colorado State Law and no actions (voting) can take place during these sessions. Any voting or other action must be done outside of the closed session.
